There are a number of different Holocaust Memorial Days to remember the victims of the Holocaust. One of these days is January 27th, which is recognized as International Holocaust Remembrance Day. The holiday is meant to commemorate victims of the Holocaust, including over 6 million Jewish people and countless other members of minority groups who were murdered between 1933 and 1945 under Hitlers reign.

January 18th is recognized as National Michigan Day. It is unclear why this day was chosen to celebrate the Mitten state but it is a day to reflect on the rich history and resources the State of Michigan has to offer.
